Today
in the morning I had a discussion with Mr. Anil Parashar, Registar-
National Human Rights Commission-NHRC. After my discussion with him I
sent a brief complaint to NHRC for instant action . The matter of
complaint is below:

Brutal atrocity on Dalit women and her family by caste HIndus and
Police personals on 7th Oct in PS Dankakur, Gautam Budh Nagar, UP
Respected Sir
The
atrocities against people belongs scheduled caste in UP are on rampant
from last two years. The nature of atrocities are becoming brutal day by
day.
Since
yesterday morning videos and clipping of brutal atrocity against a
peacefully protesting scheduled caste family in PS Dankaur become
viral.
It have clear evidence in the footage and clippings that police personal had naked Dalit women and brutally beating them.
Since
last one year UP has witnessing huge level of human rights violation by
the fundamentalist forces and police. It is very panic situation.
Therefore we appeal and demand to the commission :
To constitute a fact finding team compering minimum three members of the commission.
1. To order immediate termination of whole police staff of the local police station.
2. Immediate FIR and arrest of SO, dankaur, & other police personals and other accused.
3. Suspension of SSP and District collector.
4. Compensation of rupees one crore (10 Million) to the family.
5. Provide protection & security to the family.

Sir/Madam,
1) Yesterday,
(08/Oct/2015), the above said respondents has stripped the dresses of
two Dalit Women and two men on the public road at Greater Noida, beaten
up them with lathi sticks, assaulted them and paraded them nakedly which
can be displayed and viewed in the attached videos.
2) The
inhumane, illegal and wilful Human Rights violations committed by the
respondents is evidenced by videos, photos, Newspapers, News published
in websites and so on as below:

3) It
seems that the Dalit victim Mr. Sunil Gautam has lost something due to
robbery by some criminals. Hence he has approached the 1st respondent’s Dankaur police station.
4) But
the Policemen mentioned as respondents who arrived in the Mahindra Jeep
vide Regn No: UP 16 G 0644, which can be identified in the video has
stripped the dresses of Dalit women and Men publicly on road.
5) These
Policemen were no way fit to continue as Government Servants and the
intention of the Policemen has to be suspected, whether they have done
this to favour the Robbers or to humiliate the Dalit Women?
Hence,
I request the competent authorities of Home Dept and Immediate Official
to act upon this issue without further delay, as below:
1) To
register First Information Report against the above said respondents
and imitate investigation and further legal proceedings accordingly.
2) To
instruct the respondents as Policemen of Dankaur police station to
provide new dresses to the Dalit Women and men for tearing their
dresses.
3) To
dismiss the respondents as Policemen of Dankaur police station whoever
involved in stripping the dresses of Dalit Women and men on the road.
4) To
suspend the respondents as Policemen of Dankaur police station whoever
involved in stripping the dresses of Dalit Women and men on the road,
until the investigation and trial is carried out.
5) To
suspend the immediate Police Officials, who has failed to take
appropriate action, to favour the Policemen of Dankaur police station
whoever involved in stripping the dresses of Dalit Women and men on the
road, until the investigation and trial is carried out.
6) To provide protection to the family of the victims as Dalit Women and men who has been brutally attacked by the respondents.
7) To
instruct the State Government to pay a compensation of Rupees ten lakhs
per victim and the same may be compensated by recovering the monthly
salaries of the respondents and by seizing the vehicles of the Dankaur
police station, Gautam Buddha Nagar District Police and Home Dept for
sale through auction.
